How the post-game analysis works
This tool evaluates how much information each of your guesses produced using the official Wordle answer list. We measure how far each guess shrank the remaining candidate pool, how many new letters you tested, and whether you reused letters you already ruled out. We never reveal the answer or suggest a next move.
Two input options
Manual entry lets you type each guess and tap the tiles to match the grey, yellow, and green feedback. If you already copied the Wordle share grid, paste it instead and we will prefill the colors, then you can add the words you actually played for full analysis.

Does this tool show the Wordle answer?
- No. The analysis is based only on your past guesses and the official answer list. We never reveal or suggest today's answer.
Do I need to paste the emoji grid?
- No. You can enter your guesses manually and tap each tile to mark it grey, yellow, or green. The share grid just saves time by filling those colors for you.
How is my score calculated?
- We score each guess by how much it reduces the remaining answer pool, how many new letters it tests, and whether it wastes turns on duplicates or ruled-out letters. Your overall score is a weighted blend that rewards efficient, informative play.
Can I compare to yesterday or my personal average?
- Yes. We keep a 30-day local history on this device so you can compare against yesterday, track starter words, and see your rolling average.
