As Sony brings more and more of its first-party titles to the PC platform, the tech giant is also starting to integrate its system into desktops as well. Case in point, Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered now gives players the option to link their PlayStation Network and Steam accounts.

The recent update to Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered lets players receive in-game rewards such as early access to certain costumes by linking their PSN and Steam accounts.

It's not a bad time for Sony to start experimenting with this feature as it prepares to launch more games on the PC platform. After God of War kickstarted the movement for the year, games such as Marvel's Spider-Man have since made their way to the PC. Later this month, games such as Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and Sackboy: A Big Adventure, will both be available on the PC.
