May is a special month for Star Wars fans. Every year, there's almost always a showcase that reveals everything coming that's related to the space-faring franchise. So, it should stand to reason that this year's Star Wars Celebration from May 26 to 29 will be just as memorable.
In addition to Obi-Wan Kenobi hitting Disney+ on May 25, marking the 4th year since Star Wars: A New Hope hit theaters in 1977, rumor has it that Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment are planning something big for gamers on that day.
According to Jeff Grub in his latest GamesBeat Decides podcast, Respawn will be at Star Wars Day later this year to announce Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2.
Technically, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 has already been announced. Electronic Arts confirmed the sequel to the hit 2018 title last year, with am additional statement earlier this year adding that two more Star Wars games are currently in the works at its California-based subsidiary. Meanwhile, Tom Henderson claimed that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen order 2 could come out later this year, which would make a May 4 reveal make sense.
