After the first teaser for Netflix's Red Notice debuted in early September, Netflix has released a new full trailer and confirmed a limited theatrical release schedule.

Red Notice has been highly anticipated ever since it was announced in 2018, having three of the biggest current film stars: Dwayne Johnson (Black Adam, Disney's Jungle Cruise), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman, Justice League), and Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool, Free Guy).

The Netflix Original film has been delayed since 2020. Initially set to be distributed by Universal Studios for a June 12, 2020 release, it was later pushed back to November 13 of that year. After coming under Netflix in July 2019, the release was further pushed to late 2021. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it was expected that this release may still further be delayed, but that does not appear to be the case.
