Now that the Modern Warfare 2 beta is over, Infinity Ward can finally continue fleshing out the game based on the intel it received.

To keep players in the loop, Infinity Ward released a list of all the changes you can expect to see on October 28, such as: More footstep audio balance changers Visual issue tweaks that are not "solely the traditional nameplate" A middle ground between traditional Call of Duty lobbies and the new "important feature" where lobbies disband after each match as well as so much more.

Activision Blizzard and Infinity Ward recently referred to the Modern Warfare 2 open beta as the biggest in Call of Duty history. Although it didn't reveal the numbers, there's no reason to believe that the publisher lied. This should guarantee that it has sufficient data to use for further improvements and optimization in the next few weeks.

Speaking of, Infinity Ward promises to share news about the anti-cheat system, Ricochet, in the next few weeks. This should help ease fan concerns after cheating became a rampant issue during the beta period.
