After many delays and controversies, one of the remnants of the DC Extended Universe, The Flash, is finally getting its first trailer at Super Bowl LVII on Sunday. Ahead of the trailer's launch, Warner Bros. Discovery dropped the movie's first poster and it all but confirms that at least one Batman will be in it.
The poster shows Ezra Miller inside what looks like a batcave and the silhouette of a Batwing-like vehicle. Specifically, the one that Michael Keaton used to ride in 1989's Batman by Tim Burton.
Now, does this mean that The Flash will feature at least Keaton's Batman? Maybe, maybe not.
We do know that James Gunn has high praise for The Flash, describing it as one of the best superhero films ever. At the same time, Gunn says The Flash is going to reboot the DCEU and that he nor DC Studios co-CEO, Peter Safran, had anything to do with it. So, if The Flash will premiere as it was originally intended, Keaton's involvement is all but guaranteed, as will that of the others.
