It appears Dragon Age fans will have to wait for nearly a decade after the release of Dragon Age: Inquisition in November 2014 for a chance to play the next Dragon Age game, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf.

Earlier this month, EA's most recent earnings report confirmed that Dreadwolf won't be released until after 2024 as it's not part of the company's lineup for the current Fiscal Year.

Now, Jeff Grubb recently narrowed down when it might come out.

As per the trusted industry insider, Dreadwolf will likely hit the store shelves in Summer 2024, which is anywhere between June to September. This would mark the first time a Dragon Age game would come out within the said months. Previously, EA released a Dragon Age game in November, with the sole exception of Dragon Age 2, which came out in March 2011.

This news is somewhat positive for eager players. On one hand, no one was expecting Dreadwolf to be ready by April 2024. On the other hand, it's good news that it'll be out within the first quarter of next year.
