Just in case you've already forgotten about him, Ryan Reynolds is still set to make his MCU debut as Deadpool for his third solo outing.
The Adam Project actor's entrance to the Marvel Cinematic Universe is something that fans have been excited about ever since Reynolds confirmed it last year. Reynolds even hinted that Deadpool 3 will start filming this year following his return from his Hollywood break. But, without an official announcement from anyone - save maybe for Shawn Levy landing the directing gig for the threequel - all we've had so far are teases and speculation - until now.
According to Deadpool 3 writer, Rhett Reese, Reynolds's MCU debut is "going to be really fun."
Deadpool 3 will likely be the first R-rated MCU film when it comes out, which is more than reason enough to get hyped. But, what most are likely looking forward to is, just as Reese puts it, how Deadpool will react to being in a different universe.
