Activision just released the mid-season update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. Season 3 Reloaded adds a ton of new content to the game.
The mid-season update for Warzone 2 brings some big changes to the DMZ game mode. The biggest piece of content added to the mode is the introduction of the new Koschei Complex area. This is the third map added to the game mode after Building 21 and Ashika Island.
During the first part of the season, several missions alluded to the existence of a new area that will be accessible via secret bunkers. With the new update, players can now access the Koschei Complex when entering one of these secret entrances marked with a question mark icon on the map.
The new area is a huge maze with tougher AI foes and some cool new rewards. Players can also do some Tier 4 and Tier 5 Redacted Faction missions in the new area. The new zone is more geared toward mission objectives rather than PVP.
Players can loot the brand-new Night Vision Goggles (NVG) from AI enemies or players. There are sections of the map that are pitch black, forcing players to either equip the NVG, thermal optics, or a flashlight attachment.
