On the back of a widely successful Night of Champions event at the Jeddah Superdome where Seth Rollins captured the WWE World Heavyweight Title by pinning AJ Styles, wrestling enthusiasts are currently left with many questions. Notably, many are curious to see what's next for the newly crowned champion, and more importantly, what's the future for Brock Lesnar once his feud with Cody Rhodes is inevitably over?
The Wrestling Observer Radio (via Ringside News) provides insights into these questions with the seasoned analyst, Dave Meltzer, shedding light on what the WWE is planning to do with Rollins as the newest face of Monday Night RAW.
According to Meltzer, even after Lesnar took out Rhodes at Night of Champions, the WWE doesn't intend for him to feud with Rollins at all just yet.
If we're being honest, it's still far too early for the rivalry between Rhodes and Lesnar to end. But, admittedly, the WWE might have already telegraphed the result after bringing their head-to-head tally to 1-1. So, that's a factor it could consider by swerving Lesnar towards Rollins' way, leaving the conclusion between Rhodes and Lesnar up in the air until some time in the future.
