God of War: Ragnarok isn't getting any DLC and a sequel won't arrive for quite some time either.
Nonetheless, if you ask the voice actor of Tyr, the Norse god of war will be back for more sooner rather than later.
Ben Prendergast was at PAX East 2023 where he shared that Ragnarok wasn't the "last you've seen of Tyr."
Shark Games notes that Prendergast only "knows a little" about the future of God of War. He also pointed out that his NDA prevents him from talking more about his role in the franchise. So, either Prendergast cleared his latest statement with the higher-ups or he's got a ton of explaining to do.
In any case, Tyr "appears" in God of War: Ragnarok except he technically doesn't. The Tyr in God of War: Ragnarok isn't the same one mentioned in passing in God of War. Instead, it's Odin who has disguised himself as his son. Thus, this begs the question, where is the real Tyr?
