We saw Sony finish rolling out its new PlayStation Plus service last month. The new three-tier subscription platform might not be the Xbox Game Pass competitor that most people expected, but it's also turning into something that might be just as good if not better. Sony still refuses to bring in first-party titles on day one, but the July update to the PS Plus library is a great start.
Starting on July 19, Extra and Premium tier subscribers of the new PlayStation Plus will enjoy the following games: Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered Assassin's Creed Unity Final Fantasy VII Remake Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade - PS5 Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure Jumanji: The Video Game LocoRoco: Midnight Carnival - PS Plus Premium Only Marvel's Avengers - PS4/PS5 No Heroes Allowed - PS Plus Premium Only Paw Patrol on a Roll ReadySet Heroes Saints Row 4: Re-Elected Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition Stray - PS4/PS5 We've known for a while that PS Plus subscribers will get Stray, but we were not expecting such many titles. The PS Plus Game Catalog just grew by a whopping 19 games and the best part is that they're not exactly throwaway freebies either. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is a $70 value alone.
