Sony is ending the year on a rather mixed note with its PS Plus games for December 2021.

The three freebies for PS Plus subscribers for the last month of the year were leaked earlier in November. Even back then, fans were hoping that Sony would gauge the fan feedback and decide to add at least one or two more, if only to help sweeten the deal. Unfortunately, this did not happen. If it's any consolation, Godfall: Challenger Edition, Mortal Shell, and Lego DC Super-Villains are all excellent freebies. The only catch? Godfall isn't a complete game.

Lego DC Super-Villains

Lego DC Super-Villains was first released back in 2018. It's the first Traveller's Tales Lego game that has made its way to PlayStation Plus. The gameplay of Lego DC Super-Villains is similar to TT Games' other licensed Lego platforms. The key difference is that gamers will be playing as a fully customized character with a story that focuses mostly on the villains of the DC Universe. However, instead of terrorizing and being up to no good, the villains take the Justice League's place following their disappearance as they team up to try and protect the Earth from another group of supervillains from a different universe.
