Roman Reigns has stood tall against all opposition, asserting his claim as the Tribal Chief. Despite a lack of recent title defenses, Reigns has consistently proven himself to be the immovable object of the WWE universe. However, after a two-month hiatus, the Tribal Chief will soon step into the ring to defend his gold.

Following his momentous victory over Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania Night Two on April 2, Reigns' next title defense takes place this weekend, against none other than WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio. This title bout is scheduled for Saturday, June 17, at the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, as part of a non-televised WWE live event.

Following WrestleMania, the only other instance Reigns stepped into the ring was at Night of Champions. Reigns and Solo Sikoa challenged the reigning champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. The highlight of the match wasn't Reigns' defeat, but the ensuing drama when the Usos attacked Reigns, signaling a split from The Bloodline.

Reigns' summer schedule is the complete opposite of his post-WrestleMania 39 appearances. The Tribal Chief's upcoming schedule is packed with ten events leading up to SummerSlam on August 5.
