If you've been wondering when Rainbow Six Extraction will release, we've got good news for you. Ubisoft has finally given Rainbow Six Extraction a release date. Furthermore, the studio also confirmed the pricing of the standard edition of the sci-fi tactical shooter - and it's a couple of dollars lower than most would expect.
Rainbow Six Extraction finally has a release date
Based on a popular limited-time edition game mode for 2015's Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft first announced Extraction at E3 2019. The game was first marketed as Rainbow Six Quarantine. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ubisoft had to rename it to Rainbow Extraction. The upcoming title's new name was first announced earlier this year. At the time, the expectation was that the game would arrive sometime this 2021. However, just a few weeks later after it was showcased at E3 2021, Ubisoft announced that Extraction would release in 2022 instead.
