Gunn shared several behind-the-scenes photos of Brooks on Twitter with the caption, "Happy Birthday, @thedanieb! Love you and looking forward to hanging with you again, on set & off, in just a few months!"
While the caption does not explicitly announce Peacemaker season 2's production date, the phrase "in just a few months" indicates Gunn and Brooks will be back together filming the second season of Peacemaker sooner rather than later.
