Microsoft continues to widen the gap between the Xbox Game Pass and other subscription services. After what was an already extensive list of new games that were added to its library in the first half of October, Microsoft is beefing up its catalog even further with a handful of games to end the month.
Headlining the list of new games that are set to join the Xbox Game Pass in the coming days is Arc System Works' anime fighting game, Dragon Ball FighterZ on October 21. Echo Generation is also going to be available on day one on the Xbox Game Pass, along with Ever Space 2. Meanwhile, Microsoft's Age of Empires IV is coming to Xbox Game Pass just as October ends on October 28 with the standalone expansion, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, also coming on the same day, just in time for Halloween.
Here is a complete list of all the games coming to Xbox Game Pass until the end of October, along with their platforms and release dates: Into the Pit (Cloud, Console, and PC) - October 19 Outriders (PC) - October 19 Dragon Ball Fighter Z (Cloud and Console) - October 21 Echo Generation (Cloud, Console, and PC) - October 21 Everspace 2 (Game Preview) (PC) - October 21 Age of Empires 4 (PC) - October 28 Alan Wake's American Nightmare (Console and PC) - October 28 Backbone (Console) - October 28 Bassmaster Fishing 2022 (Cloud, Console, and PC) - October 28 Nongunz: Doppelganger Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC) - October 28 The Forgotten City (Cloud, Console, and PC) - October 28 Unfortunately, just as the Xbox Game Pass is going to welcome several titles, some are leaving on October 31 as well: Carto (Cloud, Console, and PC) Celeste (Cloud, Console, and PC) Comanche (PC) Eastshade (Cloud, Console, and PC) Five Nights at Freddy's (Cloud, Console, and PC) Knights & Bikes (Console and PC) Unruly Heroes (Cloud, Console, and PC) What's next for Microsoft and the Xbox Game Pass?
