Justice League footage has been scrubbed from Black Adam trailer

Whedon's Justice League is a controversial piece of work that's only gotten worse over time. After bombing out in theaters at the global box office and among critics, Whedon was later outed by a lot of people who worked on the film. Particularly, Whedon had been criticized for fostering a toxic and hostile work environment, especially during the reshoots.

Whedon hasn't found work ever since 2017, which suggests that the accusations are true. But, it's still telling that Warner Bros. still refuses to use footage from the Snyder Cut. This implies that the studio isn't willing to give Snyder Cut fans a glimpse of hope.

Having said that, we're curious to find out if the actual Black Adam film will make references to the Justice League.

From what we know, Black Adam will take place in modern times, possibly after the events of Peacemaker Season 1. If this is the case, Black Adam will have to explain why we'll see the Justice Society of America deal with Teth Adam's rampage - not the Justice League. Also, if we're being honest, we're excited to find out if the rumors that Henry Cavill will return as Superman in the post-credits scene of Black Adam are true.

Thankfully, with Black Adam crashing into theaters all over the globe on October 21, we won't have to wait for a long time to find the answer to all these questions.
