Josef Fares has confirmed that he will be at The Game Awards taking place in December.
The founder of Hazelight Studios and director of popular video games, It Takes Two and A Way Out, made this revelation during a recent interview with Video Game Chronicle.
When asked about the progress of his new game, Fares explained that his studio, Hazelight Studio, was making progress. He, however, warned that there's still plenty to do before it's ready for publishing. In his words, "It's definitely going in the right direction. And it'll be something really f**king cool."
Fares also seemed to hint he'll reveal his new game The Game Awards in December. This occurred after he confirmed that he will be at the show and will even present the year's Game of the Year award to the winner. The game producer stated, "Get ready for me man, I'm coming. Trust me… it will blow your fucking mind."
A Way Out and It Takes Two share similar characteristics as split screen co-op action games with multiple genres, Hazelight Studios' new game might be different. During the interview, the Swedish director said that the upcoming title will be a "surprise but in a good way."
