The wrestling world has had many crossovers with combat sports, much to the excitement of fans. Celebrities have made a name for themselves in the WWE too. Case in point, Bad Bunny is now very popular among WWE fans. Following the mega-merger between the WWE and the UFC, some names of potential opponents have been thrown around, chief of which (pun intended) is a face-off between Roman Reigns and Conor McGregor.
But while a showdown between WWE's prime star and UFC's most charismatic personality makes a ton of sense on paper, not everyone is sold on the idea.
Eric Bischoff, a titan in the wrestling world, recently voiced his reservations about this potential matchup.
Bischoff, who's known for his intuitive grasp of what audiences want, feels the prospect of Reigns vs. McGregor is a clash of two vastly different worlds that could leave fans gagging.
