After defecting from HYDRA and Ultron following the events of 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ezalibeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch has become a fan favorite among MCU fans. So much so that she was the first to get a spin-off TV show on Disney+, the award-winning WandaVision. However, fans still want to see more of her, with some asking for a proper solo outing on the big screen with Olsen in the lead.
Unfortunately, Disney nor Marvel Studios has announced any plans to bring back Olsen as Scarlet Witch yet in a feature film, outside of co-starring with Benedict Cumberbatch's Stephen Strange in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
While disappointing, we can take solace that Olsen isn't exactly opposed to the idea.
In an interview with On Demand Entertainment, Olsen revealed that she's willing to star in a Scarlet Witch movie after taking "some version of a break" as long as Marvel Studios has a "good story to tell.
