Black Adam producer hypes up The Rock's superpowers in upcoming DCEU film

Dwayne Johnson has been linked to the role of the titular anti-hero since 2007. Now, he is finally set to take flight as Black Adam in July 2022. As it appears, the upcoming DCEU film will reward patient fans for their long wait.

Although The Rock hasn't stopped hyping up just how powerful Black Adam is and how his arrival is going to mess up the hierarchy of power of the DCEU, another prominent member of the film's production, this time someone from behind the scenes, has joined him in getting fans even more excited for Johnson's debut in the DC Extended Universe.

As revealed in Garcia's interview, Black Adam will take advantage of brand new technology to ensure all his powers are on full display. He claims that Black Adam will look nothing like fans have ever seen before, in and out of the DCEU. In particular, Garcia singled out Black Adam's flying as something that will utilize new technology.

Unfortunately, Garcia didn't dive deep into the details about exactly what kind of technology Black Adam will use. However, this shouldn't come off as a surprise if you've followed the film's development for a while.

A couple of weeks back, Johnson talked about how the film took advantage of the best camera tech available. For example, the high-speed camera used for the film can shoot Johnson at up to 960 frames per second, which is significantly higher than the 24 frames per second that most movies use. Of course, the result of all of this is something that we'll have to wait for a while to see.

It will definitely be interesting to see what kind of tech Black Adam will utilize. Here's to hoping that Black Adam's first trailer lives up to all of the hype that Johnson and now, Garcia, are generating for the unique superhero film.
