Four years after Amy Hennig left Electronic Arts while working on a Star Wars title, the former Naughty Dog creative director is back to working on a game based on the popular Disney franchise.

Skydance New Media confirmed the newest in-development Star Wars game in a recent press release, saying that it is working in "collaboration with Lucasfilm Games to develop and produce a richly cinematic action-adventure game featuring an original story in the legendary Star Wars galaxy."

Hennig has served as the president of the Skydance Media gaming offshoot since forming it in 2018. Hennig is best known for her work on the Legacy of Kain, Jak and Daxter, as well as Uncharted. Hennig most recently lent her creative mind to Square Enix for Forspoken, an upcoming fantasy-based action RPG that's set to come out later this year following an unfortunate delay.
