Requiem
Artifacts
- Frenzied Guard Canister
Region: Collateral
The artifact is found in the Drapery area on the roof of one of the buildings.
- Aetherium Rocket Model
Region: Collateral
This artifact is found near the Oil Tanks located in the southwestern section of the region. - Raptor One’s Helmet
Region: Collateral
The helmet is in the Helipad area. It is on the ground just outside the Helipad.
Documents
There are two new Requiem documents that are randomly dropped by either killing elite zombies or by completing the Golden Chest objective in Outbreak. As always, you can only get three documents in a single game of Outbreak but only one document per region.
The following are the two Requiem documents you can get:
- Dark Aether Vortex Report
- Krafft Journal Page
Radio Transmissions
There are no new Requiem radio transmissions, but the Requiem radio can be found on the desk inside the Admin building on Collateral.
Omega
Artifacts
- Mimic Tentacle
Region: Collateral
The artifact is found inside one of the large rusted pipes at Village Dunes. - Boost Module Artifact
Region: Collateral
The artifact is located at Cliffs West in the middle of two large boulders. - Valentina’s ID Badge
Region: Collateral
The artifact is located at the Oil Rig directly underneath the Pack-A-Punch machine.
Documents
There are two new documents added for Omega and can be collected by either killing elite zombies or by completing the Golden Chest side-objective.
The following are the two Omega documents:
- Berlin Report
- Enemy Engagement Report
Radio Transmission
There are no new Radio Transmissions added to the game, but the location of the Omega radio on Collateral is shown below for future transmissions.
The Omega radio can be found on a desk inside the Helipad Building.
Maxis
Audio Logs
There are three new audio logs added for Maxis in Season 5.
- “Test”
Region: Collateral
The audio log is on a table inside one of the “Carpets” buildings located in the northeastern part of the region. - “Fifteen Days”
Region: Collateral
The audio log is inside the Warehouse.The Intel is resting on a pipe when you look up to the ceiling.You will have to shoot it for it to fall down to the ground and then collect it.
- “Interrogation”
Region: Collateral
The audio log is on a shelf inside the Pump Room.
Documents
The following two new Maxis documents can be collected either by killing elite zombies or by completing the Golden Chest side-objective.

Radio Transmission
There are no new radio transmissions, but Maxis’ radio can be found inside one of the Cafe buildings.
Dark Aether
Artifacts
There is an addition of two new Dark Aether artifacts in Season 5 which are as follows:
- Demented Echo Head
Region: Collateral
The demented echo head can be found in the Oasis area of the region. It’ll be resting at the base of the cliff. - Empty Deadshot Daquiri
Region: Collateral
The artifact can be found in a small building in the Hazardous area near the western section of the region. The artifact is hidden quite well. It’ll be on the ground next to some propane gas cylinders.
Audio Logs
The Dark Aether audio log can be collected the same way as any other Dark Aether Intel – by completing the trials from the trial computer. When you see a folder on the computer screen instead of the treasure chest, it means you will get an Intel on completion of the trial.
There is only one new audio log for the Dark Aether category in Season 5 which is as follows:

Radio Transmission
The radio transmissions are also collected from the trial computer. There is only one new radio transmission added in Season 5.
