Requiem
Artifacts
- Zombie Head: There is one general objective-based artifact that you can obtain in any one of the regions. It all depends on whether or not you get this objective. This is the objective where you will be asked to pick up a zombie head specimen and put it inside a container. It is called the “Specimen Analyzer.”
As soon as you pick up the head, it will be added as an artifact Intel. - Aetherium Crystal Shard
Region: Ruka
The Aetherium Crystal Shard is found in the far southeastern part of the Ruka region. The crystal is sitting on top of a rock. - Frost Blast Canister
Region: Alpine
You can find the artifact on top of the Ski Lift at the Base Landing area.You can either parachute on top of the structure or jump up on it using the shed just beside the lift.
- Aetherium Canister
Region: Golova
You can find the Aetherium Canister on top of the pipes located at the Train Loading area in the far western section of the Golova region.
Documents
There are four documents that you can get in Outbreak. These are dropped randomly when you kill the elite zombies (Russian Mangler, Mimic, Megaton, etc.).
Look for a yellow highlighted item on the ground after killing the elite zombies.
These can be obtained in ANY region. The following are all the documents you can acquire for Requiem:

Omega
Artifacts
- Omega Group Patch
Region: Ruka
You can find the Omega Group Patch artifact on top of one of the training obstacles at the obstacle course. - Kravchenko’s Knife
Region: Ruka
Kravchenko’s Knife is found inside one of the lookout towers at the Missile Silos.
Documents
You can get three documents for the Omega group by killing the elite zombies, as mentioned before.

Maxis
Artifacts

Region: GolovaThis artifact can be found at the lowest level of one of the houses located in the lower eastern town of the Golova region. - Maxis BND Badge
Region: Golova
This artifact is found in the far eastern part of the Golova region near the Industrial Park area.

There are two documents that you can obtain by killing the elite zombies.

Dark Aether
Artifacts
- Mystery Box Bunny
Region: Alpine
The artifact is inside the bedroom of one of the Base Suites in the western end of the Alpine region. - Empty Jugger-Nog
Region: Alpine
The artifact is found on the roof of the bathhouse located at the southern end of the Alpine region.You can use the cliff by the bathhouse to parachute onto the roof. The Empty Jugger-Nog is by the Chimney head. - Cymbal Monkey Toy
Region: Golova
You can find the Cymbal Monkey Toy at the Golova Church in the southern part of the Golova region.It’s a bit tricky to get to the Cymbal Monkey toy artifact. First, enter the church, and you will notice a scaffolding structure with a set of ladders leading up to the top of the church.
Climb up. Once at the top, go out through the window and turn right. You will find some wooden crates. Use them to climb up to the higher level again.
Keep moving forward and jump across to the pillar structure. Keep hugging the structure, and you will eventually reach the side facing the town. The cymbal monkey toy will be sitting at the ledge.
- Ivan’s Head
Region: Ruka
The artifact is located in the far eastern section of the Ruka region in the Rocky Hillside.You need to walk up to the Train Trestle and jump on the electric pole where the head is. You can parachute up to the pole and collect the head.
Documents
You can get four documents by completing trials from the trial computer, similar to how you obtained the Dark Aether documents and other Intel on Die Maschine and Firebase Z. You must keep doing the trials until you see a folder on the trial computer. The folder indicates that doing the next trial will reward you with an Intel.
Once completed, you will get a message pop up saying “Reward Available: Intel.”
You can then go to the same trial computer and collect the Intel. Note that these trial computers spawn in random places all around the map in each region. Make sure you open up your map to check the location of the trial computer.
