It's arguably the reason why the streamer hasn't confirmed the return of Wednesday for another season even though it's now on track to surpass Stranger Things Season 4 as the most-watched English language series on Netflix in its launch month. But, while Netflix hasn't announced anything yet, it's only a matter of time before Wednesday is back for another go. It feels even more likely now that the show's producers have started brainstorming ideas for the follow-up season.
is reporting that Wednesday's producers have already begun assembling a writers' room to come up with ideas for the return of Wednesday Addams. The report adds Netflix isn't expected to announce the renewal of the series until early next year.
As the third-only show to cross the billion-hours mark, Netflix is smart enough to know that it should renew Wednesday.
