We may see more Addams family members in Wednesday season 2

"The actors are so amazing in those roles," Miles Millar said. "Catherine is, I think, an iconic Morticia. The relationship between Wednesday and Morticia is also essential to the show, and the idea that Wednesday is trying to forge her own path outside the family is important.

"The series is really about a girl who sees the world in black and white, and learning there are shades of gray," Gough shared. "I think like any relationship or any friendship, it can get complicated by other factors. It's never going to be smooth sailing. And it's really her learning to navigate the ups and downs of friendship."

Jenna Ortega's performance as the titular character earned her praise, with many fans taking to Twitter.

If season 2 does happen, we can assume that most of the characters introduced in the first season will be back. The first season left the door open for many to return, and this being an Addams family show, even the dead characters may come back to life.

Hopefully, Netflix decides to renew the series soon as fans are already excited to see Jenna Ortega and the rest of the crew return for another season.
