The early access for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 kicks off tomorrow, and gamers are eager to ensure their current PC configurations can handle the game. Activision Blizzard has thoughtfully disclosed the PC requirements prior to the release, and the good news is that they are far from as demanding as many had anticipated.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 requires a mid-tier gaming PC to make the most of the title. The recommended settings for the upcoming installment are an Intel Core i7-6700K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X CPU and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti / RTX 3060 or AMD Radeon RX 6600XT GPU. The game also recommends 16 GB of RAM and up to 149 GB of SSD storage space.
This is great news for players who don't own high-end gaming PCs or laptops. The RTX 3060 is one of the most popular GPUs used by Steam users while the Intel Core i7-6700K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X are pretty old CPUs at this point.
