The Marvel will be the last Marvel Cinematic Universe film coming out this year and it looks like the upcoming female-led MCU movie will be one of the shortest in the Multiverse Saga.
The runtime for The Marvels has leaked online and it's raising a few eyebrows.
According to runtime leaker Cryptic4KQual, the upcoming superhero film will have a tight runtime of just 1 hour and 38 minutes. Without credits, the movie will last only 1 hour and 33 minutes. However, this may not be final yet as Marvel Studios could still make adjustments before The Marvels premieres in November.
The rumored runtime isn't official, but the source has a good track record as the leaker has provided accurate runtimes for The Mandalorian season 3 and Ahsoka, among many others.
The Marvels may be breaking the record for the shortest MCU film ever. Currently, The Incredible Hulk holds the record with a runtime of 1 hour and 52 minutes.
If the rumors are true then The Marvels will beat the record by around 20 minutes. It's a surprising feat considering that the upcoming film has three main characters.
