SEGA's announcement as part of the Nintendo Direct showcase at E3 2021 was definitely a highlight in its own little way.

While some were busy reeling in from all the crazy game announcements like all the Xbox Game Pass titles being available at launch and more, SEGA gave audiences something that they definitely didn't know that they needed. Super Monkey Ball mania is a collection of all the Super Monkey Ball games that will release as part of the series' 20th anniversary this 2021.

All three games will be remastered to look and play better on modern video game platforms. In addition to this, Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania will also be adding a suite of new features. This includes 4-player local co-op, more playable characters, as well as online challenges, and even a leaderboard, among others.

Just like the original platforms, Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania will follow the journey of AiAi and his friends. The game will feature more than 300 remastered levels and 12 mini-games.
