Sega plans to release twelve non-mobile games this year

Sega plans to have global simultaneous multiplatform launches for its upcoming games. The report states that there are 12 non-mobile games including Sonic Origins Plus, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, and Endless Dragon.

The company has several more games that have yet to be announced that will be added to its release library. Sega expects to sell 12 million units combined which means an average of 1 million units per game.

Sega will also be re-releasing a number of older games, which it expects will generate around 5 million units in combined sales. Santa De Amigo, Entrain Odyssey Origins Collection, and Sonic Origins are some of the titles to be re-released.

The financial report also states that the company will be supporting live service and the AAA games released last year. The Persona 5 Royal remaster and Football Manager 2022 are some of the games that will be getting more support this year.

According to the report, Sega plans to transition its IP into more global titles. The strategy is reportedly moving into the next stage.
