Ryan Reynolds is one of the hardest-working individuals in Hollywood. It's not unusual for the Canadian actor to work on and star in multiple films in the same year. Case in point, Reynolds starred in four films this year alone, starting with Hitman's Wife Bodyguard last June and ending with Red Notice on November 12. You may also add Apple TV+'s Spirited if it premieres later this year.
With that said, Reynolds has now confirmed that he is taking a "little sabbatical from movie-making."
How long is Reynolds' break going to last?
Reynolds took to Instagram to thank his Spirited co-stars, Octavia Spencer and Will Ferrell, and the rest of the crew members as he announced that now is the perfect time to take a break. The Deadpool star did not clarify how long his break will last. We're guessing it won't be for more than a few months as Reynolds has a jam-packed filming schedule ahead of him, which will include Deadpool 3, among other things.
