The Japanese retailer, Neowing, has leaked details about the next Need for Speed game by accident. Neowing listed the game early and shared some screenshots that provide intel about the highly anticipated title.

The leak includes five screenshots of the game, its subtitle, and several tuned-up vehicles. If the leak is accurate, then EA has switched up the game's art style. Need for Speed Unbound will feature cel-shaded anime art with vibrant colors set off against dark backgrounds.

By the way, while the listing explicitly stated it will be launching on the PS5, there was no mention of the PS4 or Xbox series. As a result, we believe the game might be a PS5 exclusive title. However, since every major Need for Speed release since 1994 has launched on PC, there is every reason to believe that the game will launch for that platform as well.

The leak also included a product description that includes the following: Beat the clock, outsmart the cops, and compete in weekly qualifiers for Lakeshore's ultimate street racing challenge: The Grand. Fill your garage with precision-tuned custom machines, put on your own style and exclusive looks, and light up the streets with a soundtrack that resonates from every corner of the world.
