Calling all Tarnished! The long and mostly silent wait is over. Brace yourselves for what’s shaping up to be the most immersive chapter in Elden Ring‘s epic journey with Shadow of the Erdtree. But, a release date isn’t the only thing we have for the upcoming expansion. Bandai is delighting fans with the Collector’s Edition.

Unfortunately, Shadow of the Erdtree isn’t coming out on February 25 to mark its second anniversary. However, you won’t have to wait too long.

As per the official trailer, the second Elden Ring expansion will be available to play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC, on June 21. The base expansion price is $39.99, but for dedicated fans, the crown jewel is the Collector’s Edition.

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree Collector’s Edition is a treasure trove of memorabilia and collectibles. For $249.99, you’ll receive:

  • A majestic 46cm statue of Messmer the Impaler, the imposing new character set to play a pivotal role in the expansion’s story.
  • The official Shadow of the Erdtree soundtrack, bringing the expansion’s ambience to life with stirring music.
  • A captivating 40-page hardcover artbook, delving into the stunning visuals and intricate lore of the Land of Shadow.

Fair warning that this $249.99 package doesn’t include the base game – it only comes with a voucher for Shadow of the Erdtree. Finally, limited quantities are available, so act fast and head on over to the official Bandai Namco store to secure your piece of the Lands Between.

For those seeking a digital experience, PlayStation offers special editions ranging from $49.99 to $99.99. The Deluxe Edition ($99.99) includes a digital artbook, soundtrack as well as a bonus gesture, while other options provide varying combinations of the expansion and bonus content.

Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a fresh Tarnished, Shadow of the Erdtree will be an unforgettable adventure where you’ll unravel even more of the mysteries of the Land of Shadow, face formidable foes, and relish in the thrill of victory.

While Bandai remains the publisher of Elden Ring, the IP now belongs to FromSoftware. It’s unclear how this will affect previous partnership plans made by Bandai.
