If there are two things that you can almost always expect from Sony's PlayStation Plus games offerings, it's that Sony is going to announce the games every last Wednesday of the month and that the games are going to be leaked a few days before the official announcement. So far, Sony hasn't made an official announcement for ALL the games for November 2021 yet, but it has already confirmed that First Class Trouble will be part of the lineup.
What's interesting here is that First Class Trouble was included in an earlier leak, suggesting that the intel was legitimate and that we can expect Sony to announce the other games soon.
Sony is going for quantity over quality for November 2021
According to the leak from the French website, Dealabs, the PS Plus November 2021 lineup will include the aforementioned First Class Trouble along with Knockout City, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners, and Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning. This is one more title than most are used to getting. Unfortunately, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners is for PSVR only.
