Activision drops official Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies trailer

Once you're done with that, you can keep yourself busy exploring the Zombies mode for Vanguard, which Activision confirmed a few months ago.

The official Zombies reveal trailer is everyone's first look at the return of the popular multiplayer mode.

In addition to the return of the classic She No Numa Map, the trailer also teases the origins of the Dark Aether storyline that started in Treyarch's Black Ops Cold War.

With that said, it will be interesting to see just how successful this "crossover" is going to be. This will mark the first time that a Zombies mode will make its way to a non-Treyarch Call of Duty game. If the storyline draws in enough fans, Activision might just let Treyarch continue adding a Zombies mode to every Call of Duty game moving forward, including Infinity Ward's rumored Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II for 2022.

Speaking of Call of Duty, Activision just confirmed that it no longer intends to mess around with cheaters. Later this year, Activision will release a new anti-cheat engine for Warzone and eventually, Vanguard, as well as future Call of Duty games.
