Before a couple of months ago, PlayStation Plus was just, well, PS Plus, and PlayStation Now was still around. But, after Sony revamped PS Plus, PS Now is no more. Meanwhile, the standard PS Plus became PS Plus Essential as Sony introduced PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium (or Deluxe in certain territories) tiers. Since then, fans can't stop singing the new PS Plus' praises, and for a good reason.

Just last month, Sony made two games available to PS Plus subscribers on day one of their release. This is on top of adding dozens of new games such as Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and a boatload of Assassin's Creed titles.
