The most interesting part of Ubisoft+ Classics' announcement is that the company plans to bring the full Ubisoft+ service to PlayStation consoles.
As per Ubisoft executive, Chris Early, the introduction of the Ubisoft+ Classics catalog "is just the beginning, as we will ultimately make Ubisoft+ available to PlayStation owners as we continue to build our vision and provide players with more options to access their favorite games, whenever and wherever they are".
Speaking of Ubisoft, the French publisher has had an eventful past couple of weeks. After reporting that Ubisoft will hold a massive video game showcase by June, we found out that Ubisoft is working on a Fortnite-like game, Project Q. In addition, Ubisoft has handed the development of the Prince of Persia Remake to Ubisoft Montreal. Finally, the long-docked pirate game, Skull and Bones, is reportedly set to launch before April 2023.
