Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is one of the highly anticipated titles scheduled to come out this year but fans of Insomniac Games' Spider-Man series have been worried that the game would be delayed outside of 2022, as the studio's been quiet about the game for some time. But, now, a promising new update from the voice actor of the game's Peter Parker has arrived.

A few months ago, Insomniac Games broke its radio silence to assure fans that the game is still on track for its scheduled release this year and now Yuri Lowenthal's latest line has echoed the same thoughts.

The Marvel's Spider-Man 2 voice actor recently spoke to CBM and had this to say:

I've still got a little bit to do. It's a massive game so I'm still doing a little bit of work. I know they're confident about their release date and Insomniac has always been good about that. Obviously, I can't really talk about the game much, but I will tell you that it's astonishing.
