Marvel has delayed the release of several of its upcoming shows

, the spinoff of last year's Hawkeye starring Jeremy Renner, is the next show to arrive on the platform. Echo was originally slated for release on November 29 but has now been delayed to January 2024. From previous reports, Marvel will release all of Echo's episodes at the same time, unlike its other shows, which have episodes released on a weekly basis.

Up next on Marvel's release calendar is X-Men '97. Lifelong Marvel fans know about X-Men: The Animated Series, which aired on Fox in the 1990s. The classic animated series ran for five seasons with impressive ratings from fans and audiences.

X-Men '97 is both a reboot and revival of that series and will see many of the original voice actors return. The show was originally slated for release in fall later this year but has now been delayed to early next year. By the way, there's a new season in development + and this says a lot about Marvel's belief in the project.

Marvel Studios will follow up on X-Men '97 with Agatha: Darkhold Diaries. The show, a spinoff of the 2021 series WandaVision, was originally penciled in for a late 2023 release. Now? Marvel will release it in early fall 2024.

If the name, Agatha: Darkhold Diaries doesn't sound familiar to you, that's because it was previously titled Agatha: Coven of Chaos, and Agatha: House of Harkness before that. With the studio seemingly settling on a release date, we certainly hope they've also settled on a title for the project as well.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel has also struck three projects off its release calendar.

The first of these is Ironheart, a show led by Dominique Thorn who stars as the titular character. Ironheart, the character, first appeared in last year's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and the show, meant to be its first lead role, was to debut this fall. Unfortunately, the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes threw a wrench in Marvel's plans and led to an indefinite delay.

Daredevil: Born Again and Wonder Man are the two other shows that Marvel delayed. Daredevil set to release in Spring 2024. Unfortunately, that is no longer possible as production was halted midway also because of the ongoing strikes. The same is true of Wonder Man, which was also in production before the strikes began.

Until Hollywood resolves the strike problem, we doubt even Marvel can tell the release dates of these three shows.
