With Hotfix #18, Larian Studios reiterated their commitment to addressing other reported issues stemming from BG3's Patch #6. This proactive stance from the developers is a positive indicator that the problems introduced by the recent update might be resolved soon.

Patch #6 updated Baldur's Gate 3 with graphics and gameplay improvements, including better kissing animations. However, reports of crashes when interacting with vendors led to the release of Hotfix #18 within the same week.
