Is Vincent D'Onofrio coming back as Wilson Fisk, otherwise known as Kingpin, in another Marvel Cinematic Universe show or movie? We don't know, but fans can't help but take every little sign as proof of his return.
Case in point, the internet just went nuts after D'Onofrio shared a selfie of himself working out at the gym.
Normally, no one would bat an eye when a Hollywood actor does something similar. But, at the same time, you can't blame fans for thinking that this is a clue as well. After all, the 63-year-old actor is already part of the MCU after appearing in last year's Hawkeye. In addition to this, the in-development Echo series, starring Alaqua Cox as the titular superhero who is also Kingpin's adoptive daughter, is already filming around Atlanta.
Even if Disney and Marvel Studios haven't found the right opportunity to bring back Charlie Cox and D'Onofrio together in a Daredevil reboot, there is a chance that the actor is on call for a potential appearance in the still-untitled Echo series.
