Jujutsu Kaisen is coming to Fortnite soon

Jujutsu Kaisen has been carving its own path in the fiercely competitive arena of Shounen anime, treading on the heels of the "Big 3" shows - Bleach, One Piece, and Naruto. Its unique blend of a diverse cast of characters, intricate action scenes, and a darker thematic undertone have contributed to its burgeoning popularity. As the second season kicks into gear, the series' momentum shows no signs of waning, and now, Fortnite is set to tap into this juggernaut.

While the leaked information confirms the arrival of the Jujutsu Kaisen-themed skins in Fortnite, it remains unclear whether the crossover will feature a full-on event like the one seen with Dragon Ball Z.

Fortnite has historically offered exclusive gameplay perks with its crossovers, such as Deku's iconic "Smash" attack from My Hero Academia and the Kamehameha as a Mythic weapon from Dragon Ball Z. However, no unique abilities or weapons from Jujutsu Kaisen were confirmed in the leak.

Fans are hoping that Epic Games' latest collaboration sees at least one of the said characters showcasing their abilities in the game. Gojo Satoru releasing Purple, in particular, would be a sight to behold.

The leaked skins are expected to be priced at around 1800-1900 V-Bucks each, and the outfits should also be purchasable separately for approximately 1300-1500 V-Bucks. Following Fortnite's conventional pricing structure, a bundle containing all the Jujutsu Kaisen items could also be introduced, possibly priced around 2800 V-Bucks.

It's crucial to remember that these collaborations serve as a double-edged sword. While they bring favorite characters from popular franchises to one of the biggest games in the world, they sometimes offer little more than a set of skins. Thus, the extent of integration of the Jujutsu Kaisen crossover remains to be seen.
