According to reliable insider RalphsValve, Infinity Ward may overhaul Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's UI and UX following major criticism from fans. RalphsValve reported this news via his official Twitter handle @RalphsValve.

Modern Warfare 2 was recently released to many fans' delight, with 91% of players giving it positive reviews on Google. The game set several new records, including selling over $800 million worth of copies in its opening weekend to become the fastest selling Call of Duty game ever.

Despite their love for the game, many players have had issues with the game's UI with complaints about the menus, design, and accessibility. While some fans are fine with simply tagging the UI as confusing, some have gone as far as calling it the worst UI in the Call of Duty franchise.

Previous Call of Duty games had a UI where the modes and options appear in a list on one side of the screen. However, Modern Warfare 2 UI separates the game's content into boxes. As a result, players have to scroll horizontally when searching for camos, attachments, and game modes.
