The local legends in Genshin Impact are some of the strongest open world enemies you can encounter to test your teams. While players have been asking for more end-game content to utilize their teams, this is the best we have aside from the Spiral Abyss.
These open world enemies were first introduced with the release of Fontaine and have an HP pool of 3-4 million. Plus, they hit hard, often one-shotting you. So, ensure you bring your best teams to the fight.
Like the Fontaine local legends, we've got new local legends in the new Chenyu Vale area of Liyue. Chenyu Vale is a new Liyue area introduced in update 4.4. This area has a lot to offer regarding world quests and exploration. But it also has a pair of local legends called Yiji and Tianyu. They are known as the "Ruler of the Chizhang Mountains."
These Liyue local legends are two Vishaps, each bearing a Pyro and Cryo element. Since both these elements react with each other, it can get a bit hectic when fighting them due to the elemental reactions.
Both these local legends have more than 2 million HP. The Cryo-bearing Vishap is 70% resistant to Cryo attacks and 10% resistant to other elements. It also has 30% resistance to Physical damage and 50% resistance to Geo damage.
