Chris Hemsworth has opened up on how he feels about his latest MCU outing as the Norse god of thunder in Thor: Love and Thunder and he pretty much confirms what we all thought all along.

The 39-year-old actor told GQ during a recent interview, "I cringe and laugh equally at it. I think we just had too much fun. It just became too silly."

He continued, "It's always hard being in the centre of it and having any real perspective… I love the process, it's always a ride. But you just don't know how people are going to respond."

Hemsworth is right about not knowing how people will respond to a project because if they did, the film's production team might have approached it differently. Although the film raked in a massive sum of money at the box office with $760 million, it also got the unenviable record of being one of the worst-rated MCU films ever.

Despite what he thinks of Thor: Love and Thunder, Hemsworth says that he is open to reprising the role in the future. He admitted a fondness for the character and the experience he gets from playing it.
