This just in: the 17-year-old hacker behind the leaked footage of the next Grand Theft Auto game has pled not guilty.

According to Eurogamer, City of London police revealed that the individual is currently held at a youth detention center after appearing in court.

Here is the full statement: The 17-year-old who appeared at Highbury Corner Youth Court on 24 September has pleaded guilty to breaching his bail conditions and not guilty to computer misuse. The teenager has been remanded to a youth detention centre. The gaming industry hasn't stopped talking about the GTA 6 leak from a few weeks ago. It's believed that the hackers got their hands on important information such as the source code for GTA 5, GTA 6, and other intel like Bully 2.

However, Rockstar claims that the "network intrusion" wasn't a huge problem. As per the company's statement, the hack will have "no long-term effect on development" of their current projects.
