Imagine paying $200 for a Collector's Edition copy of God of War: Ragnarok only for it to be shipped to you without the steel box case nor the download code for the game. Such is the predicament of a handful of unlucky few who have not got a copy of the critically-acclaimed game despite paying more than twice the retail price.

Critics can't stop singing God of War: Ragnarok praises as Kratos' latest outing appears to have captivated everyone save for one critic who's unfortunately since gotten death threats for his uncommon remarks.

However, the game's successful launch belies the issues that it faced leading up to it. Case in point, God of War: Ragnarok was leaked by the critics ahead of the review embargo.

As if that wasn't enough, a handful of players got an early physical copy of the game, which also resulted in spoiler-filled information finding its way online. To make matters worse, the few who paid a premium for the more expensive editions of God of War: Ragnarok are reporting troubling news.
