Fortnite's claim to the crossover throne continues to grow by the moment. Ever since Epic made a "deal" with Marvel to bring over Thanos to the game back in 2018, right around the same time that Avengers: Infinity War was released, Fortnite has seen characters from other gaming universes crossover to its world.
It's no longer just Marvel characters that are popping in to join the battle royale fun these days. We've seen the likes of DC's Superman, Batman as well as Flash, Horizon's Aloy, and Aliens' Ellen Ripley, all become available as playable skins in Fortnite at some point.
While Epic has done a great job at expanding beyond the Marvel Universe in recent months, it looks like the studio is going back to one of its most popular crossover franchises in July.
