The leaked The Mandalorian game footage shows off some serious AAA title vibes befitting of a game based on one of the most popular Star Wars spin-offs. The game even puts Grogu on the menu screen, which seems appropriate. The individual playing the demo then shows audiences the four different chapters of the game: This is the Way, The Easy Job, The Coin Toss, and The Escape.
After choosing Chapter 4, audiences are taken to a loading screen that explains how Beskar Ingots work. Apparently, it is one of the many collectible items that players will find in the game.
The highlight of the leaked video is getting to see Mando in action. The game sees him fighting against Storm Troopers from a third-person perspective in a game with linear progression. The video then shows us that the demo is running on an Xbox console before it ends following a short cutscene.

Of course, because of the lack of any sort of official announcement, this video might not be real. It might exist at some playable demo capacity, as evidenced by the video above, but this doesn't mean anything.
If nothing else, it could be part of the pitch of an unnamed developer to Disney. It might not even be a leak at all as the uploader, Christopher Turner, has a channel full of Unreal Engine videos. He might have just created the mock-up himself and intentionally made it appear like a leak.
If this is true, then it would explain why Disney hasn't made an effort to take the video down yet.
In the meantime,
